THE COVE AT STOREY LAKE VACATION TOWNHOMES

 

The first phase of townhomes on Storey Lake is complete and sold out. The second phase is under construction and selling, with one or two buildings being released at a time. Availability and pricing can change daily, so please request up to date information.

 

There are occasionally one or two completed homes or homes under construction that carry builder incentives that will reduce the price a little. List prices for the townhomes currently starts at around $301,990 for the Sabal Palms 4-bed floor plan.

 

There is a substantial premium for the waterfront townhomes, typically as much as $30,000, because these have pool decks with open views of water and no neighbors behind. The standard non-waterfront homes have back-to-back pool decks. The waterfront homes will command a good rental premium. The image below illustrates the amount of space that the waterfront homes (far right of photo) will have.

 

STOREY LAKE TOWNHOMES AVAILABILITY, UPDATED JULY 2017

 

Lennar releases two or three three townhome buildings for sale at a time. Current buildings are at the north end of Phase Two, as shown on the plan below. The homes in blue are sold, completed and occupied. Those in red are sold but not yet complete. Those in yellow are released for sale and available for purchase. The buildings in white are not available for purchase yet.

 

The units at the ends of the building are the 5-bed, 2,128 sq ft Royale Palm floor plan. The interior units are the 4-bed, 1,914 sq ft Sabal Palm and Beach Palm floor plans.

 

INCENTIVES

 

Lennar will usually offer $10,000 towards buyer closing costs on these townhomes for cash sales or for financed sales where their preferred lender is used. Additional incentives or discounts may occasionally be available. The townhomes marked in yellow have been released and are available. UPDATE: 67, 128, 131, 132, and 133 have now also been sold. The buildings in white are future releases.

 

Pricing starts at $301,990 for the 4-bed interior lots, and at $329,990 for the 5-bed interior lots. The water view homesites carry a lot premium of $30,000.
